RETURNS/EXCHANGES/SHIPPING FAQS


RETURNS:

To being the process of a Return/Exchange, please visit our Return/Exchange Center to being the necessary steps.  You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be attached to the cardboard backing to quality for a return.  Please do not fold the packaging & ship back in the same box you received the item in to retain its' natural shape.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund through our Return/Exchange Center after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment card/original method of payment. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned hair.

EXCHANGES:

You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.​  Visit our Return/Exchange Center to begin the process of an exchange.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your shipping fee will be processed in our Return/Exchange Center and upon receiving payment we will send a return shipping label for your item.
Bombshell Extension Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING FAQS

We offer 4 different methods of shipping: 

Ground Shipping (5-7 business days): $15

3-Day Express (3 business days): $25

2-Day Express (2 business days): $35

Overnight (1 business day): $50


Our cut-off time:

If we receive your order by 12pm MST, Monday through Friday, your order will ship same-day; all orders placed after 12pm MST Monday-Friday, will ship the next business day.  Order placed on Friday after 12pm MST through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

**Please note: the day your order ships out does not count toward the business day(s) outlined in your selected delivery method.

All of our shipments are via UPS.


Our fees:

Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. 


International Shipping:

We currently only offer shipping to the US and Canada.
