HOW MANY PIECES COME IN EACH PACK? HOW MANY GRAMS IN EACH PIECE/PACK?
We cannot guarantee the quality of your extensions after any dye, toner, bleach, perm, keratin, or straightening treatment is performed. If you do wish to use such products, always try a test strip before proceeding to make sure you are satisfied with the results. The use of chemicals may damage the extensions. HOW OFTEN DO YOU RECOMMEND WASHING EXTENSIONS?
For all Bombshell Extension methods, except Clip-ins, we recommend washing every 3 days or less. For the longevity of your extension hair, we recommend using dry shampoo in-between washes. For Clip-ins we recommend every 2 weeks if you wear them daily or 3 weeks-once a month if you wear them only for special events. HOW DO I COLOR MATCH?
Here are a couple options that will help you get your perfect color match: 1: Purchase our Bombshell Color Ring, Mini Luxe Color Ring and/or Large Luxe Color Ring. This is a great option for stylists who work with Bombshell Extensions and will be color matching consistently. 2: Find a Bombshell Certified Stylist near you to have them help color match you.3. Email us photos of your hair in natural lighting & we will do our best to help color match you.**Please note, use the Bombshell Color Ring to match to Machine Wefts, Tape-ins, I-tip & K-tips. Use the Mini Luxe Color Ring or Large Luxe Color Ring to match to Hand Tied Wefts, Bombshell Wefts & Clip-ins.
CAN EXTENSIONS BE LIGHTENED?
No. We strongly suggest that you do not lighten your extensions as they have already been processed and will highly likely be ruined with further color.If you have received your order and find that you need a lighter color, DO NOT lighten them, refer to our Return/Exchange policy to get your color exchanged. WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY HAIR AND THE COLOR DOES NOT MATCH?
We want you to have the best possible match for your hair color. If you need to make a change, be sure to not remove the hair product from it's sealed packaging, as this will deem it non-refundable due to hygiene guidelines.To return your product for a different color, use the return/exchange slip included in your package to get your shipment back to us.
