In order to help provide the smoothest process possible, during the sale dates, and avoid any confusion or frustration, please take note of these few things so you're prepared BEFORE you order:

You DO NOT need a discount code (neither consumers nor stylists), all prices on the site are adjusted to the new Holiday Sale price automatically. Stylists, your pro discount is already built-in to the sale price.

You CANNOT use your Stylist Discount or any additional discount code with the Holiday Sale pricing. (all stylist discounts are automatically built-in to your additional sale price)
NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
- The Holiday Sale pricing is for the dates of the sale ONLY as deemed by Bombshell Extension Co. No exceptions or price adjustments will be made on any orders placed before or after the sale.

Holiday Sale prices are ONLY valid for items IN STOCK on the day(s) of the sale. We cannot honor the Holiday Sale rates for something that is out of stock.
NO ACCOMODATIONS:
- There will be NO restocks of products during the sale dates.

Due to the increase in orders during the Holiday Sale, we will not be able to combine orders or make custom adjustments/accommodations to orders already placed. Orders will be packaged and shipped in the order in which they are received. Shipping cannot be adjusted/refunded during this time.
SHIPPING:
- Please, please be sure to double-check your shipping address and confirm that you included the APT or STE number, if applicable. We will not have the ability to make adjustments to addresses once the order is placed. If you enter an incorrect address, the package will be shipped to the submitted address and we want to avoid your package being lost or returned!
- All orders placed during the dates of the Holiday Sale, will be subject to ship no earlier than 3-5 business days; there will be no same-day shipping.
- Due to the increased volume of orders, there will be no expedited shipping options available during the dates of the Holiday Sale. The only available shipping option during the Holiday Sale is Ground Shipping, no exceptions can be made.
